Home Pet Euthanasia

In Home Pet Euthanasia Service. When it is time to say good-bye to a beloved pet, the pain and sorrow can be overwhelming.

The decision to euthanize a beloved pet is a difficult and personal one. When the decision has been made, it can be very difficult to decide how to proceed.

Terminally ill and geriatric pets may find the trip to a veterinary clinic stressful or painful. For many animals, home is the place where they are most comfortable and relaxed.

For this reason, many people choose to have their last moments with their pet in the stress-free quiet relaxed atmosphere of their own home.

Dr. Doust will gently sedate your pet so that they are relaxed and calm. A catheter will be placed in your pet’s leg so that when you are ready it will be a painless and gentle injection.

In a non-rushed environment you can cuddle your beloved animal as you say your final good-byes.

Prior to the appointment, arrangements will be made for the aftercare of your animal’s body.

Currently during the COVID-19 pandemic, she will wear a mask and undertake social distancing measures during the pet euthanasia procedure.
